At Ultimate Gainz we want you to know exactly what to expect. That is why we show the delivery times we actually achieve below, measured on our own deliveries over the past months.
We ship everything from one fulfilment centre. If you order on a working day, your parcel usually leaves on the next working day. The table shows how long it takes until your parcel arrives, counted in working days from your order.
During busy periods, such as big sales and the holidays, it can take a few days longer. Weather, customs or the carrier can also cause delays.

Standard shipping costs €5, or €4 in Italy. Premium shipping costs €8 and is available outside Italy. From the amount in the table, standard shipping is free.
With standard shipping (also when it is free) you accept our return policy: you can return up to 3 items in exchange for store credit.
Prefer a refund when you return something? Then choose premium shipping. You can return up to 5 items and get your money back.
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you receive an email with a link to our tracking page. There you can see where your parcel is and when we expect it.
Want to change your address or cancel your order? Contact us within 2 hours of ordering at help@ultimate-gainz.com and include your order number. Once your order is being processed, we unfortunately cannot guarantee changes.
